Good Afternoon, Looking for some help here, I have a S120 Drive but p650 is not showing any hours. Drive has been in use for a while now but not counting hours when in use. How can I enable this? I found https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ua/en/view/41746959 but doesn't help my issue. Any advice is appreciated. |

My experience is limited on this subject, but the apparent intent of that is to essentially shutdown the s120 drive for maintenance when that count reaches some preset. Depending on firmware and drive configuration, you may not be able to enable the runtime count. Have you used the F1-Key while viewing p650 in starter? And, if it is extremely important it be done in hardware, install a simple runtime meter that monitors a digital output BICO connected to drive running (or similar status bit). If your application is connected to a PLC with a telegram providing the drive running status, you can add time to a retained DB tag, or let an HMI store the time and get a trigger to increment the HMI tag.
