If above is true check, - RFG input is getting lock. Please check the input set point value, current limit, Ramp up time. Is load intertia too high?

Aurora. Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Calculation is correct. We are progressing as smooth and linear up to 10492 RPM. As shown in r1084 and r1087, 10492 RPM is not exceeded. We want to change the limit values for r1084 and r1087.

Maybe the frequency limit of the inverter is reached in your setup? What is the pole pair number of the motor (p314), pulse frequency (r1801) and current controller cycle time (p115[0])?

Aurora. Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	You may be right. Nominal Motor Speed: 6000 Rpm, Maximum Motor Speed: 20000 Rpm, P314 Pole Pair: 2, Driver Mode: Vektor control, The frequency in the vector mode is not enough. We are considering switching to V / f mode. What is your suggestion in this regard?

Technology Team Platinum Expert Joined: 10/11/2006 Last visit: 9/30/2024 Posts: 5909 Rating: (804)	Hello, have a look in the function manual (at the beginning of the chapters for servo and as well as for vector control you find a comparison of both controls, showing the maximum frequncies, in the list manual at parameter 1082 you find additional details) - but the absolute maximum frequency for vector and V/f-control is always 650 Hz. If you need 20000/60*2=667 Hz you must use servo control. Please note, that a license for high frequencies above 600 Hz is required due to international export control regulations.
