S120 with IM151-8 PN/DP CPU Communication problem

I have this devices: CU320-2PN (6SL3040-1MA01-0AA0) firmware V4.70 BLM 6SL3130 1TE22 0AA0 MOMO 6SL3120 1TE15 OAA4 MOMO 6SL3120 1TE21 OAA4 IM151-8 PN/DP CPU (6ES7 151-8AB01-0AB0) firmware V3.2 TIA V13 SP1 Update 2 I am trying to do a Profinet connection between s120 and IM151-8. I configured the hardware from sinamics s120 at devices and networks (changed the Profinet Name and IP AddresS) and I also configured the drives objects. (I am using EPOS with telegram 111). When I go on Accessible devices, the hardware is found (Name and IP address are correct) but it changes a Sinamics S120 for a Sinamics G130 / G150 and I can not stablish a communication between s120 and the IM151-8. I saw examples of applications by Siemens only settings between s120 and plc 1200 and 1500 on the TIA Portal, and examples of applications between s120 and plc S7300/400 on the Step 7 V5., both applications in EPOS mode. The sinamics s120 it is avaliable for work in EPOS mode with an IM151-8 PN/DP CPU on the TIA Portal? Attachment S120_to_G130.pdf (144 Downloads)

Have you already configured the Sinamics S120 with starter? Can you make a screenshot from the telegramconfiguration in TIA (from the GSD) and from Starter ? Regards Christoph

Have you downloaded the drive configuration from STARTER to the S120? If you go online with Starter to the S120 is there any Fault or Warning present? Regards Christoph

A.Gabardo Posts: 87 Rating: (7)	Yes, I did the download to the device, and I can move my servomotors with the control panel. The warning that show me it is A01900: Configuration telegram error Cause 1. Cause 1: Connection established to more drive objects than configured in the device. The drive objects for process data exchange and their sequence are defined in p0978 In the parameter p0978 i have 5 objects, 3 momos + 1 BLM and 1 CU320-2. I also did the restore factory settings, but when I set up the communication between the drive S120 and the IM151-8 CPU the same warning show me. Any idea what could be the problem?

Can you check in TIA that you have after Servo_03 no more Telegrams configured? Regards Christoph

Tomorrow I will back to my customer, then I can send for you the diagnostic buffer from CPU. Do you suggest any specific test that I can do? regards. A.Gabardo Posts: 87 Rating: (7)	Hi. I did a firmware update in the CF card of the CU320-2 PN and it's working perfectly. I had this firmware SW 4.7 HF7 and now i have the SW 4.7 HF12. regards
