Hello Expert! I have urgent problem. As I asked before I'm using S1200_comb_S210. Motor article is 1FK2103-2AG10-1MA0. Yesterday there was power blackout at the factory. And then motor lose its reference position. But this is absolute motor. It should never lose although power blackout. S1200 comb S210 can be problem? should only configure with S1500 when use S210? I want to attach my TIA project but it's too large to upload. Can you tell me what is the problem? Please let me know the reason. Best regards.

Hi, When you using an absolute encoder and perform an “absolute encoder adjustment”, the actual position will be saved within the technology object. The “absolute encoder adjustment” should be performed with the “MC_Home” function in “Mode = 7”. Have you done that? Details can be found in the motion control manual S7-1200 (Chapter MC_Home): https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109773400 Best Regards, |

I have to use V6.0? It has different Encoder connection and there is selection box about Automatic transfer of encoder parameters in the device. It can be reason? I attached about version what I use CPU, S210, TO_PosAx. Give me advice. Thanks a lot.
