s210 velocity and s7-1200

If controlling by manual in web user menu in sinamics machyne go ok (fast and slow not problem). If I wont controllin by motion instruction (home, power, jog, absolute move...) servo going very slow. If set velocity more than 350 have error. I have all speed in setup to maximum but still go slow. On manual mode in web of sinamics going ok. Thanks of answer :)

For slow velocity with MC commands I could imagine that the encoder resolution is not given correctly to the Technology Object. But without an exact error description this cannot be said precisely.

That means, Check under “Basic parameters – Drive” the values for the “Reference speed” and “Maximum speed”. The values must match the drives parameter values P2000 (Reference speed) and P1082 (Maximum speed). Furthermore the encoder settings have to be correct, depending on which encoder (Single- or Multiturn). Please see attached screenshot. In the second step you should check the “Extended parameters - Dynamics” settings of the technologyobject, whether any limitation of maximum speed is active. Additional hint: The combination SIMATIC S7-1200 and SINAMICS S210 is not in focus, because SINAMICS S210 is a high dynamic drive which requires IRT communication.
