s5 +/- 10 v to 4-20mA conversion

Program range forhigh and low limit value same but the program work not proper. module is the good condition. 1) return sand : high value is "1000Kg" and low value is '" 0Kg". 2) new sand: high limit is "40 kg" and low limit is "0Kg". arise the following problem: "0" kg weight in the field side but program scaleoutput value is 16 kg. reply -prabakaran

The 16kg is showing because of the 4mA input instead of 0mA input . you can switch over to 0..20mA or you have to change the program. You send me the copy of program in word or notepad i will change the program for you

It should help Hi Prabakaran, This is further to my reply yesterday. It may so happen that you get the max value at 16mA instead of 20mA. I could not find enough details for the S5 100 U module but with S5 135U it works the following way 0 - 10 V == 0 - 2048 counts in 4-20 mA mode == 4 mA is 512 counts, 16 mA is 2048 counts & 20mA is 2560 counts. the other variation is 0 - 10V == 0 - 1024 counts in 4-20 mA mode == 4mA is 256 counts, 16mA is 1024 counts & 20mA is 1280 counts. Hi by the way I found something ---- Change KNKT parameter to 0,3 instead of 0,4 in the first case and 1,3 instead of 1,4 in second case. I think it should function without any change to the upper and lower limit. The parameter FB signals wirebreak when it is 1. In your case you have to use 2 different flags since you are using F12.1 in both the function calls
