S5 115U CPU 944B, all the red lights are on

Pandawa Posts: 5 Rating: (1)	Hi master I have a problem with the S5 115U CPU 944B current cpu is often difficult to stop yourself and reset , all the red light is on , the error machined to demonstrate the value of full loadcell when actually empty . CPU has been tried in the locker but still a problem , but if the EPROM is removed and reset cpu can instantly RUN but the program does not run perfectly . whether its EPROM problematic ? how to fill the EPROM without PG ? I tried online but there is an error in the computer " PC timeout " or " AG interface in PG not ready " or " undefined character .. " , what's the solution ? please help the good master ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from troubleshooting help.

Pandawa Posts: 5 Rating: (1)	hi everyone I have a little problem with PLC S5-115U CPU 944B and Analog Input 6ES5.466-3LA11 . The problem is always sudden CPU STOP and the value of loadcell heading to the Analog Input on the monitor shows the maximum value and the machine stops . So that the machine can run I have to RESET the CPU .. What is surprising why every 12 hours CPU definitely stop . I have tried to replace the power supply and CPU but the result is always the same error. What is the problem with the CPU , I check in ISTACK and BSTACK turns out there are different values , and I tried to UPLOAD program but always the CPU STOP every 12 hours . Can anyone provide the solution?

iamnayak Advanced Member Joined: 11/10/2010 Last visit: 9/16/2024 Posts: 15 Rating: (3)	Hi Eproms can not be programmed on line 1) Remove Eprom Module from PLC 2) Delete PLC memory on line (using S5 Software) 3) Transfer your backup to PLC (it will store the program in RAM area) 4) select RUN mode from S5 software if PLC program is too big then you have to use RAM module in place of Eprom module.
