S5 150 S always STOP automatically

The problems are : after running for a few minute, suddenly the CPU goes into STOP and cannot be switched to run, neither overall reset. to RUN the CPU, i got to switch off the power supply for few moments, then the CPU will run for a time but then it goes into STOP again. i've checked the ISTACK, but ISTACK content displayed on PG was different for every CPU STOP thats happen. when the CPU run, machine can also run very well. i also cannot find the S5 150S manuals or technical details. i hope you dont mind to share any experiences, advise or manuals to solve these problems. thank you for your attention and help, look forward to hearing from you
