s5 communication problem

cerutti man Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	hi, can any one help i have a problem on a communication card for s5 part no 6es5524-3ua15 the fault lights if1 and if2 are lit we have the communication cardlinked into an s7 300 plc for speed reference i think it is not good news?

There could be many reasons why these LED's are lit-up. Check chapter 3.3 of section 5 in the following manual: COM 525 Programming Package for the Communication Processors CP 524 and CP525 (S5-DOS) Volume 1/2
