Hi Catalin, I think the CPU928 is the one thats communicate with the CP516. There will be in the OB20, OB21 and OB22 somewhere a SYNCHRON-block {FB125, with the PAFE on it, when there is not 0 then there is no synchronisation}. Thats the one that is making the connection between the CPU and the CP in first place. When thats not working then other functions won't work either. [:o] Further FB199 (when not renamed/numbered) EXT-.... will do all work between the CPU and the CP in cyclic program flow.
