Hello, I do not know such a behavior. I can give you only tips. 1. Install the CPU928 (6ES5928-3UA21) for a test only into another central controller (S5-135U/155U). Please checks whether the problem also can be observed here. Perhaps uses the CPU928 into another area. 2. Take into account and check the installation guidelines again. More information about find you in the system manual SIMATIC S5-135U/155U in chapter 3. Here the link for this system manual. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/1085837/0/en 3. Perhaps you have the possibility of exchanging the CPU928. Best regards Gucci |

dear Gucci, many thanks for your reply. I don't have another controller to test it on. I would do if I had.I have read before the manual you sent it to me, and I have read also this one below, especially chapter 4 which talks about start up and different kind of restart and the remedy for.http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/19397726Icouldn't find my issue inside this manual, also I didn’t find in my S5 program something related to a block called DX0. I’m not sure if this could be my problem or not. This problem which I’m talking about is a year old and not new, and I want to solve in any way.ThanksBerno |
