S5 CPU in stop mode

Hello,

I am encountering a problem is S5 115U CPU that it is not coming on the run mode. I tried to erase the memory and re-download the program. Though the program is transferred but for some Fbs it shows "system block cannot be transferred".

Attached is istack image which i am not able to understand. Can please someone guide me.

You have a problem with a I/O address.

QVZ = Quittungsverzug (German Language).

QVZ means Time-out from I/Os:
- A peripheral byte that was not addressed has been referenced in the program.
- An I/O module does not acknowledge.

Typically, an is an input, output, or combination I/O card that does not respond to requests from the CPU.

I would need to see the program to be able to provide any further help.

Attached is the program. I believe its the IP 246 (positioner card) that is causing problems. But I am not able to download the IP246 program as well. When i try to download it says "watchdog error".

This error (QVZ) the CPU try to read to I/O address and became no answer.
