Is there any one who can answer to me this question?

Power supply 6ES5 955- 3LC41.

1. The backup lithium battery number should be. Part # 6EW1 000-6AB.? [:blush:]

2. The rechargeable battery located on the right hand fan part # should be. 6ES5 980-0NC11? [:blush:]

3. Is normal the delivery time of 8 week to receive updated software for S5 version 7.07 to V 7.20. Part # 6ES5894-0MA04-0UD3?? [:o]

4. Is there any different way to order this part with a short period of delivery? [;)]

I really appreciate your support.
We have in our factory two of the power supply 6ES5 955-3LC41. This Equipment was out of service for three year, but theybefore they alwayswork in a good conditions. Now the factory is moved to china and we find out some faults on the power supply. We check for all the posible faults and.Unfortunately we still experience the same problem, I follow all the
direction by the manual as you recommended. Even check for all the setting
of the jumper to make sure that with the shipping of the equipment from USA
to China they still in a normal position.

I will give you better details of the fault we are having on the Power
supply, that maybe help to find the cause of the faults.

This Equipment was purchase in 1996 and all the time since 2001 that the
factory shut down the equipment was in a perfect condition of operation.

Power Supply # 1. (6ES5955-3LC41)
a.. After approximate 6 sec after the power supply is power on the 3 fan
LED flash and the alarm light up.

b.. The MB and the RB are always LED light up.
c.. Not map filter in the power supply.
d.. The power we are applying to the P. supply is 113.7 V ac 50 Hz
e.. When we turn on the power supply the 5 v, 12, and 24 v, LED green
until the 3 fan faults.
f.. Setting of the jumpers. BB-AA=open. EX-BA=close MB-NB=open MA-NA=close
NN-MM= close F-R=close.
Power Supply # 2. (6ES5955-3LC41)
a.. After approximate 6 sec after the power supply is power on the 3 fan

It’s there anything else you can think that will be causing these faults in
the power supply?
Siemens have any repair center in China that we can send these power
supplies in order to be check?


It's almost impossible to talk with the services and repair center in China.
The communication on English is very limited. The best they can do to help
our factory to repair the 6ES5 955-3LC41. Is recommending replace the power
supply for a new one.

Can we send our Power supply to be check by other offices outside China?
