S5 to S7 Conversion

a. What I/O boards, communication boards? It has 6 nos 8DI cards and 6 nos 8DO cards with 1 nos 4AI card. One expansion rack module is used to place all these Modules.

b. The FB - blocks are not used, so in fact you have only 6 blocks. 
Sometimes, Step5 has Problems to upload OB blocks.
So you may try upload all OB blocks again with selection "OB" instead off ALL blocks "B".
Check, if there are more OB's than only OB1.

c. That means, there is no adjusting possible.
I wonder in what way the values are updated in DB2????
I also dont know

e. The Only AWL code is in OB1. To do that in FDL is just 1 minute work.
Also reprogram the blocks in S7-1200 is a good idea and may be need less time than to migrate into TIA. :-)

OK, than you are missing some blocks, because in your program, there is no analog processing at all!
