What should I do to fix them?

Few things related to your request:

First error: ASM 38 is not clear. Could you please load the original part of this code?

Second error: FX function type does not exist in S7. Please replace for a new one using FC.

Third error: OB 3 does not exist in S7. Please change this code to a different OB or function.

This is the conversion report. Would be interesting if you post here the original software code related to the first problem. Go to the part of the software where you have the operation ASM 38.

Related to ASM command, see below the answer (copied from Convert from S5 to S7-300 using IP240)

"ASM is not a command but a notification that the block is protected. Siemens has written these blocks and the code are hidden. These blocks are mostly system dependent. It is therefore not necessary to convert these blocks." 

That instruction calls the FB which is in the EPROM of the CPU. The FB is placed in the system memory of the CPU and is in assembly. Therefore I suggest you to rewrite this function (you should know what it stands for) or use another one.

The PLC-program that I am converting is for an CNC-machine. And I just found out that most of the errors wiht ASM 38 are blocks specifiek for the comunication with the SINUMERIK 840C and SIMODRIVE 611-D module. But after the retrofit it wil be replaced by SINUMERIK 840D and SINAMICS S120. So is it correct to asume that al these blocks need te be replaced with other blocks made for the new control system.

You are right. Try to find out the standard blocks in the library to support you during development phase. This is the best way to generate a clean solution to the customer afterwards. Good luck!
