I have searched the manuals I can find for my issue but I can't find what I'm looking for. What I want to do is: Start the drive in: Full speed, acc 5sec, dec 3sec Jog speed (40% of full), acc 2sec and dec 2sec. What I have now in my program now is a drive that I can run in any speed. The problem I'm having is the diffrent ramp times. How do I adjust them? I can adjust them over profinet or permanently in the drive, anyone is good but I prefer to do it in the drive. So I basicly want two fixed speeds wich I can control with a bit of the word. And the ramp and speed references shall be determined in the drive. Any help?

If you need two different ramp times as written,I propose using twodrive data sets (DDS), one for normal operation and one for jog operation. There inshall be all the same except the setpoint source, the jog commandand the ramp times. The list manual will help you, at first it looks big, but the function diagrams are self explaining. I will have a better look at this after the weekend, right now I'm just frustrated that the drive is so incredible complicated. Thanks for your answer, I will look in to it!

You can adapt the ramp up / down times (firmware 4.5) and send the factor from the PLC (but then you have to configure additional communication PZD`s). But the easiest way would be to configure an additional Drive Data Set (make a copy of the first and change the ramps). This is pretty easy. Best regards Zako

My biggest concern is that it has to be so damn difficult, I want everything I do to be as simple as possible. But it seems that nothing is simple with the G120C so I guess I have to do it the hard way :P
