Estring Posts: 86 Rating: (3)	Hi pratik, so the problem defenetely in the metller toledo controller or communication board. try next when its hang: disconnect the communication between the metler and PLC and diagnos with modscan to see if it's still hand or values keep changing, to be sure and point specific to the problem.

I have attached snap of my block. Hello Praktik, due to your screen shot I assume that you do not evaluate the outputs correctly. The outputs are displayed dynamically, that means they are only available one cycle. So you can't watch them in a variable table. Even if mettler doesn't answer you will get an error code.
