generally, S7 communication with PUT/GET can be configured only on one of devices (Client). Other side (Server) has only available DBs or memory which can be accessed from Client. Here is f.ex. example to S7-400:

You can define also S7 communication only on S7-1200 and access memory on S7-400. If you check PUT/GET instruction's help, all is described there, what you need set on parameters, how to configure.
