You can connect maximum 2 Servos with one PLC by using PTO-Outputs

Controlled positioning with S7-1200 via pulse/direction interface (CE-X7)

I have learned that the new firmware will make the CPU capable of being ProfiBus master, so if the servo drives have the profibus slave capability then you can connect the five servos to the CPU... tokzu23 Posts: 17 Rating: (3)	Dear, if you want to write servos, you can only manage two servos using the two PTO outputs but if you want to Read only Servos you could manage up to 6 Servos, using HSC inputs but of course it depends of the applications frequency HSC or PTO up to 200Khz you must see: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/41127453
