S7 1200 Cannot Run

Hotz 70 Posts: 16 Rating: (0)	Dear All, I have a trouble with S7 1200 CPU 1212C 6ES7212-1AE31-0XB0. Here Description of my trouble: Firstly, I make a program with ladder diagram, and then i downloaded it to the PLC. No problem with Download Process and monitoring. Everything run OK. But, one time i make a modification with my program, there is something unusual. when i created a new Data Block, and would make new parameter intothe DB, the coloumn of parameter in DB added with letter 'rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...' automaticaly. i tried to delete it with backspace button in computer keyboard, but the 'r' letter still automatically added to the coloumn. After take some time, the letter 'r' stopped and then i create my parameter and complete the DB. I compiled my DB and all program, and the result is no error. And then i downloaded it to PLC. But, after i finished download the program to the PLC, suddenly the CPU changed to Stop Mode.I tried to run the CPU with manual warm restart and press the run command in TIA Portal, but the CPU Still in stop Mode. After that, i tried to make a new project with empty program. I just setting for hardware configuration and tried to download it to CPU. But the download process always Fail. The CPU still in Stop Mode and Can't be run. In diagnostic buffer there is message "Internal system error (error code 0xa024ab0c01c2ff14. Please Contact siemens customer service". My Question are: 1. What is the meaning of error code 0xa024ab0c01c2ff14? 2. Is the automatic adding of 'r' letter that i tell above is because of virus? Is the CPU error is because of the virus transffered from computer when i download the program to CPU (So, it make i cant run the CPU?)??? 3. How to reset S7 1200 memory? Thank you and Best Regards

Hello Hotz, Please have a look at the following links: how can you reset the IP address of your S7-1200 PLC using STEP 7 Basic software? how can you delete the IP address and reset your S7-1200 to factory settings using the SIMATIC MC memory card (2MB or 24MB)? After reset then download a simple program with just hardware configuration,, still errror set hardware diagnostics for the cpu,, u will be able to find the error for the Cpu's stop mode..post the diagnostics here ,some may help you Regards, Nelliyan.G
