Hello Everyone,

    I have hardware below:

PLC : 1214c(DC/DC/DC)

HMI : KTP Series

Drive : G120 ( Control unit : CU240E-2 PN)

                     ( Power unit  : PM240)

    I am controlling drive using STANDARD TELEGRAM 20 (2/6). I read actual speed and absolute current from drive on communication. All functions are working correctly.

My question is:  When i turend off all components and power up again then SF light(Error light ) is blinking but all fuctions work correctly.When i download hardware configuration in PLC error is resolve.But on next power cycle same problem is there error light blinks again but all fuctions work correctly.

Please give me solution of this problem if anyone have.

Dear,

   I am talking about error light in S7-1200 (1214 DC/DC/DC-) is blinking after power cycle and it is resolve when i download hardware configuration in PLC.

   Aain in next power cycle Error LED starts blinking (RED LED).

   When error LED is blinking systen is running OK without any problem and all fuctions are working correctly.

Do you read the diagnostics buffer of the PLC while the Error Led blinking?

Correct what Yu-wen Tang said just to get more info about the problem you're facing.

Also for example during power switch on you can try to use the bit system of  first scan or other way  just to bring on the bit nr°7 of the STW1 (control word) of the profidrive telegram.
