I have an S7-1214 CPU and a CP 1247. I would like to use the 1242-7CP to broadcast the data from the cpu [tag values] that can be read by my webpage / HMI. Can this be done without having to involve an OPC server.

For eg. I save data in a string. I have the GPRS module connected to it and I have a web site something like www.mywebsite.com. Is it possible to have the gprs send this data to the IP address of my site where my developer can create code to read and perform operations on it?

I would like to give you a brief about my application:

The CPU (1211) reads pulses off a pulse generator (varies from 1 to 9 pulses / second). I need to be able to count these pulses real time. Currently, I count these pulses on the CPU store the count values in a string and then transmit the string using the TC_SEND block to the telecontrol server.

Is it possible to count these pulses at the central station (telecontrol server) by reading the Input chanel live on the webserver or something of the sort?
