S7-1200 CPU error: New I/O access...

Hello dear experts. I have CPU 1212C AC / DC / RLY CPU with SB 1231 RTD. When i connect to it i get 3 errors:

1. CPU error: New I/O access error during process image update

output 68 (16 Bytes) will temporarily not be updated as part of process image PIP 0

|> HW_ID=   270 - Execution level system

2. CPU error: New I/O access error during process image update

input 68 (16 Bytes) will temporarily not be updated as part of process image 0

|> HW_ID=   270 - Execution level system

3. Error: Hardware component removed or missing -

|> HW_ID=   270

I tried to fix this with SB removal, load the project and connect M -> 1M -> 2M, but that did not help.
