S7-1200 Error code 0xc000ad200000001c

JurajS Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	I have a problem with S7-1200 (CPU 214) PLC, that I have never seen up to now. The PLC is running on site without any problem already 2 years. Now there occurred a fault - I can not download any changes to the PLC, and there is a response: Internal system error (error code: 0xc000ad200000001c) - Please contact SIMATIC customer support. Does anyone have an experience with it? Thanks for help Juraj

SP and Updates, order-no of your PLC(6ES721xx-xxxxx-xxxx) with FW-version. Also tell them what opereating system you use. You can also send them daignostic information as per following FAQ: How do you efficiently collect diagnostics and system information with the SIMATIC Assessment Suite - Data Collector (SAS-DC)? hope this helps, regards.
