Im interested to make a Ethernet communication between a S7-1200 and a Festo CMMO-ST-C5-1-DIOP (Stepmotor controller).

I talked to Festo and there are no FB/exempel program for this.

But i found this "Control vi Ethernet 100002.pdf".
I think its posible with some kind of Read and Write with byte?

have look at pdf and there are examples of control and also commands, so it can be implemented. Question is how to configure that Festo (need define IP,...). In S7-1200 no problem if that Festo will be correct configured, S7-1200 (TCON,TDISCON,TSEND,TRCV) user communication.

I can config the festo unit with:
-Static IP: 192.168.0.XX
-CVE (Control via Ethernet) Port : XXXXX

 I have used the FCT software to config. the CMMO-ST. and used the Digital I/O too drive the stepmotor.

Im intertesed to change values(pos, speed, acceleration.) in the positionlist from S7-1200 via ethernet.

Festo replied:
"It is possible to control a CMMO - ST - C5-1 - DIOP via Ethernet , however , we have no functional block to make it from a Siemens PLC , but only for Festo PLC using CoDeSys. "
