Depending on the firmware of the PLC and the software version used to load it, the answers can be difficult to guess. If you have a newer plc with Firmware 3.0.0, update to the latest available for that plc. Typically my experience is when I get those errors, a power cycle of the plc resets the problem. I have had similar experiences when loading a PLC with changes. In my situation, the plc has an HMI getting data via profinet (MP177 PN), and a PC application using MB/TCP to read/write data constantly at about 50 Hz. I think with all that read/write activity during loading of the plc logic updates, something lost "consistency" and the plc goes into stop mode when that happens. Just a guess but that is what makes sense. If you have V12 SP1 Update 2 and Firmware 3.0.2, you should contact Siemens Support via Support Requestand send them your project for evaluation.. Be sure to send that stop code from the diagnostic buffer. |
