s7-1200 internal system error. How to do factory reset?

I just a beginner here, got the same problem, internal system error 0xa024ab0001c2ff14

CPU is quite expensive and suddenly stop working terrified me
I did try to reset memory, power off and on again, but no difference
there is a notice when trying set a CPU in run position :"online configuration is different then existing one" - I am sure is the same

How to do factory reset?

You should open a new post for your question.

To answer you question, you need to go into "Online access" on the left side of TIA Portal.

You choose your network card and double-click "Update accessible devices".

You are now suppose to see your PLC.

You go into "Online & diagnostic" of your PLC in the "Function".

Then, you select "Reset to facty settings" and you are done.

For what I can read of your error, there is a mismatch between the online program into the PLC and the offline version of your TIA Portal.

This often happen when people work online.

Go offline, select your PLC in the project tree and click download.

Go online and all the symbol on the project tree should be green check mark.

If you see blue/orange circle, than there is a difference there.
