Dear Experts, A costumer want's to use 2 "S7-1200" CPU's. 1 Of the CPU's needs to be a I/O Device (like ET200S)in the field. Is that possible? (and how?) Thanks! |

Thanks for the fast response Robster! Is there an exampleprogram on how toenable an output on PLC2 through PLC 1? I've made a program by myself but can't test it. (sorry for my bad english) Attachment2_PLC_Test.zip (223 Downloads) |

Hi, an example of communication you can get on http://support.automation.siemens.com/BR/view/pt/39040038. Note that both PLC should have user programs. In the user logic, you can,, for example,define (move, copy) variables to atransfer DBs, and exchange it between both CPUs. |
