Hello Experts, In my current assignment we have 1214C DC/DC/DC Cpu and 6 Qty of MKS make MFC valves. Which communicates on Profinet. We have configured each individual valve then take trial on 1 of the valve with PLC and it works fine. Then we have added another valve in system and trouble starts. Any of 1 valves comes in communication and remaining valve shows BF error. If I remove cable form 1st valve then 2nd valve comes in communication and even I plugs 1st Valve cable its shows BF error even. Same way if I remove cable from valve 2nd then valve 1 comes in communication. And if with my PG I go Online in PLC then both valves start showing BF. unless I go offline and restart system both valve remains in error. After restart same things happens as above. I have tried to contact valve manufacturer then have no answer. I have attached GSD file and all possible document I can get. AttachmentGSDML (MFC).zip (80 Downloads) |

I have same dought but there is nothing in valve where we can give them name or Profinet IP. There is only port to give device IP to change/congif its other valve. MKS has also said same thing Profinet IP will comes from its master (PLC). AttachmentDesktop.zip (72 Downloads) |
