I have an existing project TIA v12 with the FB modbus_server TCP (v2.0) and it works fine.

Now I create a new project in TIA v13 with the same FB modbus_server  TCP this is v4.0 and looks different. I've tried everything but I can not get it working.
I get the following error codes.
16 # 7001
16 # 7002
16 # 80A3

Anyone have an idea?

for MB_SERVER V3.0 or V4.0 you need S7-1200 Firmware 4.0 or bigger. Is this the problem?

No the ID is good.

With the v2.0 function block it works fine. 

S7 1200 Firmware = 4.0

Or is this the same problem as:

They have a problem with TCON Function in V4.0.
