#dP Posts: 2826 Rating: (692)	Hello. You have one of three options: 1. Build an external electronic interface circuit. Search the web for suggestions. 2. Study the manual of the stepper driver. Most models mention how PNP connections can be made. Be on the look out when is 24V or 5V needed. 3. Use a signal board on the S7-1200. ducngo Advanced Member Joined: 4/11/2019 Last visit: 6/18/2024 Posts: 9 Rating: (1)	Hi there, Iam not sure you want to use NPN output for PTO or Direction (Step motor). 1. NPN for Direction, you can use a simple relay for trans PNP to NPN. 2. PTO please using a H-bridge for this. Thanks
