S7-1200 PID_Compac Comissioning problem

Automation19841954 Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hi Guys Have a nice day I am using S7-1200 PID_Compac in TIA 11 SP2.actually i am controlling an uneven flow which cant be tuned by autotuning option in TIA. I started fine tuning and it run for 20 minutes but PID was unable to fine tune the process because of very uneven flow rate. But during fine tuning after some time i recieve behavior of PID which is acceptable for me and my client.So during fine tuning i stop tuning process and i choose the option like "work with previous PID parameter" and then tuning stop and my PID work as per acceptable behavior. Now the only problem is whenever i restart CPU, PID goest to intitial position and lost the all tuning and comissioning parameters with constant "0.00" output and i have to tune it again after CPU startup. i want to ask how to make the PID parameter retaintive so that after power shutdown PID behaves normal and as per tuned parameters?? Dont forget i use to stop the tuning process in middle because tuning can't be completed 100% in my application but even after cancellation PID behavior is acceptable for me.
