Hello Masood01 Check out this: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109815056/119604038923 Seems to me that the operator has typed in wrong password 3 times in a row. then (with default settings) this user is moved to an unauthorized usergroup. So you can still logon but do not have rights any more. In this case you have to download the HMI project again with overwriting the user authorization. Or you have a user view control in your project then you can login with a higher user and change the usergroup back to the right one. When you transfer the HMi the next time you should think about this default settings: Bye Murof |

Yes, I think this is what happened...the user typed his p/w incorrectly 3 times (the default number of incorrect entries), he then is added to the "unauthoised group). Then, when he enters his correct password, he's still in the "unauthorised" group and several buttons are now disabled for him - what he can actually do at this point is effectively nothing (as the "NEXT" button is removed for him). Unticking that box in your picture appears to be the way to go. Thanks for this Murof. |
