Hi friends..

I will use Profinet first time. I have a driver to communicate with PLC s7-1200 via ProfiNET. But when i use gsd file of driver(sew-mdx61b) i am getting fault from PLC Led. 

I did the start up for servo drive, it is ok.  I removed all software in att. file. only there is hardware but it is still same.

And fault description is : 

"CPU error: New I/O access error during process image update 

 output 256 (6 Bytes) will temporarily not be updated as part of process image PIP 0"

So how can i do to work this ?

This is actually very good question...

Few days ago, I managed to establish the communication with CPU 317 PN, with X20 B&R module. 

First I imported GSD file and when TIA successfully installed it my library was updated. Then I introduced module X20 in Network View as you obviously did and assigned X20 to PLC, and you did it as well as I can say looking at the photo you posted... Then I simply introduced the slots for IO mapping and everything worked perfectly fine (Photo). So it is clear that IO config you made in TIA, using those slots that you get one you installed your gsd file, has to be identical to those you use in your software where you config your profinet module with which siemens has to communicate (for example, in TIA you have configured 2 bytes in Input and 2 in Output, it is clear that you have to set up your module in identical manner using whatever software it requires). Another thing which is very important is to make sure that NAMES of modules that are communicating have to be identical as well. That means that in form TIA point of view NameOfPLC has to communicate to NameOfModule and form module's point of view NameOfModule HAS to communicate with NameOfPLC... Yet another thing that you have to take care of is the possible IP address dedicated to you modules... Often slave Profinet modules introduced as GSD file in TIA have a possibility for activating or deactivating usage of IP address, so if you do not have a possibility of setting the IP in your module, than you should disable IP usage (this on the other hand doesn't change the performance of your communication).

So, three thing to be taken care of:

- IO mappings + slots!

- IP addresses

- Names

Please, note that your Siemens PLC will give you blinking SF and BF leds until communications isn't perfectly set and for that you do not need to go online. So it's done automatically. 

The problem is that i do not have V13 of TIA so I can't check your code and settings. But in general those three things require particular attention.

You right, i installed the gsd file to TIA and my Green Led is normal lighting and red led is blinking already. So there is a fault here. 

1) The I/O mapping:   Actually i didnt noting about that like your example. And also in my project it is an servo driver. Ok i need to send and receive some values but is it need that for servo drive ? Because your is a input output module i guess.

Also i tried to do it but i couldnt add that to there like yours. You can see in picture.

2) I have a IP adress and i can change it.

3) Names :  Actually i dont know how can i control that "they are communicating have to be identical as well"

to check the names navigate in projecttree to Online Access -> you used Networkadapter -> start "Find accessible Nodes"

Then opene Online&Diagnostics and check that the names are the same like the projected.

Answering your first question, it only means that if you add 06_processwords in slot 2 of your module, tia expects to find 06_processwords module at slot 2 in the actual module... if you define 06_processwords in slot 4 for example in your actual module it's not going to work... it's only that. Anyway TIA, at least v12.1, defines IOs in automatic once you add all modules in respective slots. and you can find your IO table in this way (photos 1 and 2), note the addresses of input and output bytes.

Answering your 2), I'd say that your third-party communication partner (not Siemens but the other) is slave PN partner there for it doesn't matter what ip you want to use because the master (in this case Siemens) is the one who is setting the IP of communication between two modules. Suggestion: leave everything as is do not play with IPs. (be careful not to change your ip of communication between your PC and PLC Siemens, otherwise you will not  be able to perform downloading of your project). IPs of Siemens PLC and third-party HW module cannot be the same. (example PLC Siemens IP : 192.168.0.1, for communication between your PC and PLC, Third-party slave module IP: 192.168.0.2. this is valid)

Answering your 3), Names are a bit tricky to control therefore once again i'd suggest you to leave everything as is once you introduce your modules in TIA. 

Once again, until your connection isn't perfect, SF and BF leds will continue to blink. If your profinet connection is OK, BF will stop blinking and you will have only SF always RED. That's because your Siemens PLC isn't in RUN mode.
