S7-1200 PTO Motor Control

Hello,

I have to ask for ideas on forum, because of the steering right which I have to implement in some machine which I am building. I want to use Servomotor with PWM/PTO signals connected to PLC.

Tia Portal (v13) has got Technology object to positioning control with setup of movement per motor revolution, Limit sensors and a lot of different things, but my task is to start motor with specific ramp when signal will be detected and stop in on different signal. I will be moving motor always in the same direction but with specific speed raleted to encoder pulses. I have also some mechanical transmission with belt and cogs wheels, so it is difficult to use the Technology object designed in TIA.

Does anyone have any ideas how to implement this steering right?

Tank No i Cor a replay. I was thinking about this but I will just get pulses on output with constant length and distance between without ramp control. Or maybe there is some solution to implement ramps also on pwm block.

In most cases I will be using speed declared as constant value in plc, encoder will be as an option but writing the logic of converting signals from encoder to referential speed I have done before so it is not a problem.

Please show us how to defined a configurable number of servo motor diagram in case you tie yourself up in a knot in terms of commissioning about what it is ASAP.
