If you are not going to use telecontrol server then what is use of CP 1242-7?

Are you going to use CP1242-7 for SMS purpose?

If you have telcontrol server then you can synchroniz the CP time with NTP server so that CP can copy time from CP to CPU.

Without telecontrol , you need actual NTP server at PC side whose IP address can be configure for S71200 as NTP time syncronization server thru lan connection.

I use CP1242-7 only for time synchronization via NTP. No SMS. I can't use time synchronization via NTP in PLC, because My configuration will stand in the forest, there is no LAN -connection!!! Only good SIM-card signal! I know how to do it with telecontrol, but I don't have it. I have ONLY CP1242-7 with SIM-card(good signal) and PLC. If the system can copy time from CP to CPU when use telecontrol, then it should be possible when not use telecontrol, how to do it???

NTP (secure) with security functions enabled If you use Security functions, a valid time of day is extremely important. It is recommended to use the NTP (secure) method. The secure method NTP (secure) uses authentication with symmetrical keys according to the hash algorithms MD5 or SHA-1. You can create and manage additional NTP servers also of the type NTP (secure) in the global Security settings of the STEP 7 project. 

This time synchronization will work like mobile time synchronization via GPRS

I didn't check but i will recommend you to use static IP SIM card.

You don't need any instruction to synchronize time from CP to CPU.  Try to make one setup and see the real truth.
