When you create the DBs for your connection, they need of the exact type, not a copy of the structure of the type.

For example, my tags and datatypes are :

Connect : TCON_Param

Address : TADDR_Param

TCON_DB : TCON

TRCV_DB : TRCV

TSEND_DB : TSEND

You probably have to TYPE these datatypes manually.

Where is the configuration of your TCON connection block?  I find most of my problems arise with something in there.  Once I clear up the TCON, things start to work unless I get the length values wrong.  For example, if I say I am using 54 bytes of data and only allocate 50 in the DB (done it many times).

I didn't use any TCON block but instead I used  TCON_IP_V4 datatype in my send and receive blocks.I almost created the program just as showed in the siemens manual.

Now after I changed to TCON_IP_V4 parameter i ended with 7001 in the status which indicates 

start execution of the job

establish connection

wait for connection parameter.

pls confirm that you're using ISO on TCP, because probably there can be your problem. If it will not be required by other system, you'll need probably use Type Connection TCP/IP. Look at your Connection DB and confirm pls. If it's wrong, change connection type to TCP/IP, in your Connection block is Connection_type code - 18, it means ISO on TCP! Give pls reply.
