S7-1200 with G120 inverter - acycle communication

jakub1992it Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have a problem reading parameters from the drive using acyle comunication using WRREC block to send request and then RDREC block to read actual values which are stored in DB. Once I activate WRREC status goes to 16#0070_0100 and then to 16#0070_0200, after that any error comes out which is 16#DF80_B000. My first question is should that status 16#0070_0200 come up?, which I believe mean "data record transfer already active", if not how to resolve that problem. I am ataching my data block in case problem is in there. Cycle comunication works fine without problems using telegram 352. Thanks in advance for any help. Attachment data_block.pdf (178 Downloads)

How many asynchronous services of the S7-1500 have you programmed? The maximum number of asynchronous services supported by an S7-1500 is independent of the CPU type and interface. The resources are assigned to the blocks, they apply for all internal and external interfaces together and are limited to 10. The system functions "RDREC" and "WRREC" can be called 10 times each. This means that the number of instances running in parallel per block is also limited to 10. Consider The runtime of 10 instances running simultaneously can be longer than separate read/write jobs.
