S7-1200 with WinCC Flexible Runtime

Now is a S7-300 PLC on etehrnet and Saia PLC with OPC. Can i S7-1200 PLC use? (WinCC upgrade does not come up.) If possible, what kind of communication setting to be used? Or s7-300 are needed to apply? Thanks. Thomas

But if you use the S7-300/400 protocoll in flexible it also works with a S7-1200, but nobody gives you a guarantee for this. best regards.
