I'm using TTL encoder with S7 1214C PLC with SB1221. I have  configured as per attachment here.

and  using A and B phase only. but unable to get encoder value.

Kindly suggest me HSC configuration and enocder hardware connection.

1) Make sure you have the right hardware: 6ES7 221-3AD30-0XB0.
Note that ON is above 2V and OFF is below 1V.. make sure your encoder does correspond to those levels.

2) Check what Input Addresses are configured for the SB1221. Ensure the input filter for those input points are adjusted to suited values.

3) Configure the HSC to use / reference the Input Addresses in (2).

4) The HSC setup configures a Input Double address for the count value. Make a note of that address.

5) Compile the hardware configuration and download the project.. the PLC program can be empty at this moment.

6) Create a watch table and read the value of the address in (4) - does it change?
