S7 1215 IO access error during update proccess image table

I use some quick diagnostics to verify the I/O is available before calling an FC or FB to access the distributed I/O process image, or via the IO_tag:P directly. You can also add a diagnostics error OB to capture and handle the errors. The handling is optional since just having the OB will often prevent plc stops.
