Hello behrooz; This will depend on the model of head module you are using in your ET 200U station. If you have a 6ES5 318-8MA1x, the your head module is designed for Sinec L2 and recognized as an ET 100U station, an S5 network close to Profibus-DP, but incompatible. If you have either a 6ES5 318-8MB1x or 6ES5 318-8MC1x interface module then you can download the gsd files for each (make sure you select the right category) and use them as ET 200U Profibus-DP slaves in your network:
