1500 and S110 at the same PROFINET, at the bus has three S110, two G120C.

my problem is :set  S110 to IRT ,at compile ,have error .

how can i to do ?

Telegram can't used for IRT Mode, for IRT you must use Telegram 3 /.

you can use the telegram with speed mode, no problem.

To check if the selected telegrams can used with IRT:

Open the device view and select the PN Interface

advanched options -> isochonous mode -> detail overview

here you see if the configured telegram supports the Isochronous mode (Checkbox)

the topology looks ok.
The IRT devices S110 are direct in a line to the IRT Controller S7-1500.
And the RT Devices G120 behind the IRT devices.

The IM155-6 and HMI Stations on the other Port of the S7-1500 and so no problem between the IRT and the RT devices.

The Scalance Switch is a "nice to have" but is not mandatory in this configuration or?

i debug the system ,via SCALANCE XB005 , at this design ,i think to separate dirve and IO / HMI .

but , G120C not support IRT limitation, i don know this bus design is right or error .

e.g. i don't know it  motion and  speed control quality about ?!
