S7-1500: Do both profinet ports (X1/X2) work with the modbus communication only with differents IP's?

I use a S7-1500 for modbus communication , the plc is slave (MB_SERVER).

The question is both ports profinet (X1/X2) are working with the modbus communication only with differents IP's?

Hi,

I was trying to connect it but was not possible, enclosed a picture of my configuration.

If I connect via IP 192.168.2.20 or 30 it is working, but with 192.168.3.1 or .2 is not working also the communication via PG/PC it is not working with these ports.

Of course, I changed the IP to be available to connect it with the same IP range.

Have someone an idea of what is happening?

First I hope everyone is healthy and the COVID-19 will be history soon.

I tried again to communicate with the x2 port and now was possible, the error I did was that the port did not connect to any network.

After I network it was possible to connect.
