looks to me something not correctly done. You have really Comm_Load DONE->true? Did you check that in code? That STATUS 7000 looks to me not correct, generally I expect 0 here as success. Make for sure rebuild HW and SW again, then download. I see variable input parameter for Comm_Load at REQ, whats that? Here I expect better maybe some First Scan bit or user defined Merker. Make that tests with Merker as REQ not variable input parameter. Make for sure turning PLC OFF/ON.

Update: in settings in CM module, here I expect use of Half Duplex -> 4. Check that for sure on Comm_Load Instance DB that value 4 is there set. If not, prior execution of Comm_Load block set that MODE to 4 in code.

Pls read again my post what you need set/check prior use communication blocks. Your question point to previous DONE->true? Now you don't have DONE->True?
