Hi, Guys I am new to Siemens PLC, and currently my project needs me to use the S7-1500 PLC to drive two stepper motors to control the gantry's behavior. I was successfully using the "SpeedAxis" or "PositioningAxis" to drive only one stepper motor couple weeks ago, however, my TIA crashed last week, and ever since that, I haven't been able to drive the motor again. I hope anyone here can help, thanks a lot in advanced!! (>_<) Quick background story: I was able to send pulse signals to the digital outputs module to control the stepper motor (technology object: V5.0 SpeedAxis or PositioningAxis). I was able to use the "Commissioning" function, but now, every time I tried to use the ""Commissioning" function, it won't let me to takeover the master control. Here is the information (Let me know if you guys need more information): Hardware: Stepper Motor: Nema17 stepper motor, increments: 200 Motor Driver: TB6600 PLC: S7-1500 (1511C-1PN) Steps in TIA: 1. Created drives in the device 2. Added Technology Object 3. In the configuration of the TO, I am not sure if I did something wrong, but I only set the dynamic limit to match the reference speed limit in the drive 4. Tried to run "Commissioning", I was able to run it and see pulse signals come out from the digital module, but I can't even "activate" the "Commissioning" function now, as you guys can see the warning in the pictures. Again, thanks for help! AttachmentScreenshots.zip (522 Downloads) |
