I have to connect a S7 1500 to S120 with double motor modules via profinet.

In S7-300 I used a FB283 with telegram BICO.

Now the FB283 isn't in TIA V13 and I can't configure FB285 with BICO.

There are examples to S120 communication with telegram BICO?

why not use the Motion Control Technology Objects and the PLC Open Blocks?
Is more easy then the old FB Handling.

thank you for the suggestion. I saw that the MCT used DB SpeedAxis, but it's only optimized.

I need a DB no optimized for the communication with 3th part SCADA...

Hello,

then you should explain which problem you have with the FB285.
Telegram BICO ist no telegramtype this only means that you don#t use a standardtelegram ,
so if youconfigure your own telegram you will always get a problem with the SIEMENS FB.

Can it be that Telegram BICO only displayed but you use a Standardtelegram or extended Standardtelegram.
Have you the configuration of the Sinamics which works well with the FB283 ?

Hello,

this looks not like a defined schematic which is described in the PROFIDRIVE description in the S120 Listmanual.

In this case you can't work with the FB from the DriveLIB and can't work with the S7-1500 Motion Control.

Both need the defined Standard Telegramms or Bico interconnections.

In this case you should write xou own FB to control the drive.

if you use the Standard Bico Interconnections which described in the Listmanual then yes you can use the FB's from the DriveLib like the SINA_SPEED.

Anyhow, the machine configuration is different.

The old has 2 CPU 310; now I have a single cpu 320 and a double motor module.

In this configuration I must be change the telegram
