S7-1500 The IP settings are write-protected

Dear collegues,

I try to change network settings of S7-1500 PLC trough it's display. After applying changes there is a message "The IP settings are write-protected". As I know, PLC has no know-how protection, or other passwords. In Settings menu "Protection" there are "No protection level", and "Disallow in RUN".

I didn't found come suitable instructions in manual (chapter 13) or that one.

Can I change network settings with the display, or I need to find other way:
- download it with a project
- go to factory settings of PLC, and try to type the correct IP?
