I am trying to connect S7-1511 PN with OMRON NJ101-1000.

is somebody has an Example for by using GSD files or should I use TCP IP modBus 

I dont know Omron PLC's but if Omron talk ProfiNet use a GSDML file to communication. I don't think Omron Supports PN!

Otherwise Modbus TCP is a solution.  Third otion is Open TCP communication

Omron does support Ethernet/IP Protocol.

Does anyone have an example or documentation?

OMRON PLC do indeed support EtherNet/IP on one of the interfaces. Recently we developed blocks for communications between an EtherNet/IP supporting PLC and a SIMATIC S7-1200 or S7-1500.

Your local Siemens contact person may be able to help you. Point him towards the

"Conversion Forum"

which is Siemens internal only and allows to discuss such topics.

with this example it works because omron uses ethernet / ip by default to communicate, and this example would be worth you so you would have the network of profinet and ethernet ip separated.

I had solve this problem by using MODBUS communication.

MODBUS client in OMRON Side and Modbus TCP IP in S7-1511 side
