You can use the Synchronous axis technology object The synchronous axis technology object includes all functions of the positioning axis technology object. A synchronous axis can also follow the motions of a leading axis. The synchronous operation relationship between the leading and following axes is specified by a synchronous operation function See page 50 inhttps://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/dk/en/view/109739188

Hello, with direct link from one drive to the other, it is not possible to use the axes separately and you do not have a synchronizing procedure, if the master axis is moving during the synchronization... For more information, you could have a look to the manual (chapter 3.5 and 10.12)... SIMATIC S7-1500 S7-1500T Motion Control V4.0 in TIA Portal V15 ...or to this migration guide, witch contains many helpful information and is not only useful for users of SIMATIC S7-300T (chapter 4 and following)... Migration Guide: S7-31xT to S7-1500(T) For a application example of moving two axes coordinated, you could look here... https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109742306 And if you want to get a overview of all information of SIMATIC Technology, you could use this link to the page "SIMATIC Technology - Motion Control: Overview and Important Links" https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109751049 |
